Web Based Courses

AMANET's Web Based Courses project is in its second phase. Three courses are offered in the areas of health research ethics and good clinical practice. The courses are Basic Health Research Ethics Course, Advanced Health Research Ethics and Good Clinical Practices Course.

You can go directly to the courses platform by clicking here.

Features

1. Self Printing of Certificate

Self Printing of Certificates
The courses are offered through a platform powered by a Moodle Learning Management System and Wimba Voice and Classroom tools. On successful completing a course, a participant is able to download and print a certificate if desired.

2.Wimba Live Classroom

Wimba Live Classroom
The new platform is powered by Wimba, an advanced set of tools which aim at creating an almost classroom like environment in the online training. Wimba will provide Live classroom, a tool that allows participants and instructors to meet directly online. This tool will enable voice as well as video direct interaction between participants and instructors.

3.Wimba Voice tools

Equally important enter your email address which is required for confirmation of your account and for other communications within the system. Complete the other required information then submit. If you entered your information accurately in the next page you will be informed that a message has been sent to your email. Your email is also displayed for you to make sure. You will need to click a link in the sent email to confirm your account and activate it. Beware that the sent email might end up in the spam mail/junky mail folder depending on your email account settings, so if it appears like some time has passed without receiving it check your spam mail/junky mail folder for a message with subject: African Malaria Network Trust (AMANET) Web Based Courses: account confirmation.
